Kelly Terry
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia who has worked with the Therapeutic Alliance team as a clinical supervisor since August 2016. Kelly has extensive experience in a variety of settings assisting at-risk individuals, children and families in the community affected by mental health illnesses. Kelly’s clinical background includes providing individual, family and group therapy to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues, conducting crisis interventions and safety assessments, performing case management and providing clinical program oversight and supervision to ensure the provision of quality services.
She believes in a client-centered individualized approach to treatment that builds upon the strengths of the individual using evidence-based practices. Kelly earned her masters in Clinical Social Work (MSW) from Virginia Commonwealth University with Summa Cum Laude honors and then went on to obtain her LCSW. She received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech with a concentration in psychology and sociology. Since her formal education, Kelly has received additional training in the areas of child development, play therapy, applied behavioral analysis, and trauma-focused treatment. She is dedicated to the cause of mental health and truly believes in the power of teamwork and the therapeutic alliance.

Tracey Wilson
Tracey Wilson is located in the Manassas Va. Office. Tracey brings with her over 20 years of experience of working with children and adolescents in areas such as directing child care centers and Virginia Public Schools. She works in Therapeutic Alliance as an In-Home Clinician. She treats children’s mental health needs, including improving the family’s ability to provide effective support for the child promoting healthy functioning of the child within the family. Tracey also provides training and administrative support to the staff in Therapeutic Alliance’s counseling programs.
Before joining Therapeutic Alliance, Tracey worked at Fredericksburg Free Mental Health Clinic where she provided Clinical-Based Direct Counseling to a diverse population of adults, children, couples, families, and groups. Tracey Wilson received an Associate in Law Enforcement, and a Bachelor of Science In Liberal Studies (Sociology) Degree from Southern University A& M College and an M.A. in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Arlington Virginia. She is currently pursuing her LPC and she is committed to quality care and serving others in the Mental Health Field.
